At AI Recipe Generator (“we”, “us”, “our”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for Token purchases used to access our AI-driven recipe generation services.
1. General Policy
All Token purchases are considered final. Given the digital nature of our services and the immediate availability and use of Tokens upon purchase, refunds are typically not granted once a transaction is complete.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under specific exceptional circumstances, including:
- Billing Errors: An incorrect charge due to a technical error on our or our payment processor's end.
- Delivery Failure: Tokens purchased were not successfully credited to your account due to a verifiable system malfunction.
Refunds will not be provided for Tokens that have already been used to generate recipes. If you are unsatisfied with a generated recipe, please contact support as we value your feedback, but this does not typically qualify for a refund of Tokens.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our support team at support@airecipegenerator.com within 14 days of the original transaction date. Please include the email address of your account, transaction details, and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond promptly.
4. Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, funds will be credited back to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your banking or card provider.

AI Recipe Generator reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page along with a revised “Last Updated” date.
