3. Tokens & Billing
Our services operate on a system of "Tokens", which are purchased through our secure top-up process. Tokens are used to pay for recipe generations. All Token purchases are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly outlined in our Refund Policy.
4. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the prompts you provide. The recipes and images generated by the AI are provided for your use. While the outputs are intended to be unique, they are generated by an AI model and may be similar to content generated for other users. The commercial use of AI-generated content may be subject to complex legal considerations, and ensuring you have the rights for your intended use is your responsibility.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services to generate or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing on the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to creating content that is defamatory, promotes unsafe practices, or violates any applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI Recipe Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
